PRE SEASON OPPORTUNITIES
iLax - Sundays from 5:00 - 6:30 p.m., Valley View Church on Sunnyside. Dates: 1/22, 1/29, 2/12, 2/19. (Indoor lacrosse)
Captain's practices - Every Tuesday and Thursday until regular practices start, 5:30 - 7:30 p.m., Clackamas High School Stadium.
Scrimmages - Saturdays until regular practices start, 12:00 - 2:00 p.m., Clackamas High School Stadium.

Registration Registration Meeting on January 11th, Wednesday, 6:30 p.m at Clackamas High School in the Choir Room.
Bring the following to the meeting. Players cannot practice until these are turned in:
1. Receipt from the registration process.
2. Team t-shirt design form (The club purchases a team t- shirt designed by one of the players. Any player can submit a design. Dave handed out the forms at the last meeting. Players need to bring their designs to the meeting and the players will vote on their favorite.)
3. Medical Report Form showing that player has had a physical.
4. Check or cash, if you chose that option in the registration process.
5. Parent and player must sign the North Clackamas Schools Secondary Code of Conduct at the meeting. We will provide these forms.
6. Three to four names of businesses/practitioners/family members that you plan on soliciting for sponsors.
7. Any questions that you may have.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR 2012 SEASON
We still have some volunteer positions that need to be filled for the upcoming season
Fundraising Committee - 2 volunteers to chair and coordinate sponsorship fundraising program and other fund raising events.
Fundraising volunteers - help out at fundraising events (Daddy Daughter dance, Youth Clinic, Poster distribution and Summer Camp)
Game Day Coordinator - 1 volunteer to coordinate scoreboard, announcer, game taping and video downloading volunteers.
Concession Stand - work the concession stand during JV or Varsity games.
Video Tape Games - volunteer to tape all home and away Varsity and JV games. Camera and tri-pod provided by club.
Scorekeepers - 2 volunteers per Varsity and JV game. Training will be provided prior to start of season.
Ball Shagger - one volunteer for each of the JV and Varsity games to field balls during warm-up before the game and at half time.

Off Season "Captains Practice" Clackamas High School stadium 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. each Tuesday and Thursday Make sure your US Lacrosse insurance is current, grab all of your gear, and be ready to practice by 5:30 p.m.! i-Lax The following Sundays at Valley View Church(inside) from 5-6:30 Dec. 4th, 11th, & 18th Jan. 8th, 15th, 22nd, & 29th Feb. 12th & 19th Scrimmages Saturdays until regular practices start 12:00 - 2:00 p.m., Clackamas High School Stadium. Coach Hays- Off Season Lacrosse Team Workouts Players can currently participate in preseason training with Coach Hayes at the high school for $100.00 per month. This is speed and agility training 3 days a week from 7:00 am to 8:15 a.m. (approximately). There are several payers already involved in this training at this time. Please contact Coach William Hayes at train_offseasontrainingacademy.com. This training is very beneficial in getting our athletes prepared before the season begins.
